Screen and Sound Hire in Wokingham

ProScreens had the pleasure of supplying screens and sound equipment for a school event in Wokingham. The event brought teachers and support staff together for a meeting, with Eddie “the Eagle” Edwards also in attendance, adding a memorable touch to the day.

For this event, we supplied screens and a sound system to support the presentations, helping everyone see the content and hear the speakers clearly. Clear pictures and good sound are an important part of school meetings, particularly when bringing people together in a larger hall.

Screen Hire for School Meetings and Events

From a small staff presentation to a whole-school gathering, the right equipment depends on the room, audience size and what you want to show. ProScreens can help you choose a suitable screen, projector and sound system for your event in Wokingham and the surrounding area.

We supply equipment for staff meetings, teacher training days, conferences, guest speakers and community events. Whether you are displaying slides, showing videos or sharing information with a large audience, we can advise on a setup that suits your venue.

Sound System and Microphone Hire in Wokingham

Making sure your audience can hear clearly is just as important as providing a good picture. ProScreens supplies speakers, microphones and sound equipment for school halls, meeting rooms and event spaces.

We can provide sound for speeches and presentations, as well as systems for films and video playback. Tell us about your room and the number of people attending so we can recommend suitable equipment.

Indoor Cinema Hire for Schools and Community Venues

A school hall can become a cinema for an evening. ProScreens provides indoor cinema equipment for school film nights, fundraising events, village halls and community screenings in Wokingham.

With a large screen, suitable projection and cinema sound, a familiar room can become somewhere special to enjoy a film together. We can advise on screen positioning, projector distance and sound coverage to suit your space and audience.

Films can be shown from DVD, Blu-ray or DCP, depending on the equipment arranged and the film supplied. Let us know what you would like to screen so we can help identify the right playback setup.

Outdoor Cinema and Outside Screenings in Wokingham

For events on school grounds, playing fields or other outdoor spaces, ProScreens can supply screens, projection and sound for an outdoor cinema experience.

Outside screenings are a great way to bring families and communities together for a summer film night, school celebration or fundraising event. We can help you plan around your expected audience, available space, access to power and proposed screening time.

Projected outdoor films need sufficiently dark conditions for a clear picture, so the start time is an important part of planning. Weather and wind conditions also affect the setup, and we can advise on the suitability of your location and event plans.
